The hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast was good.
I wish it was closer to shopping (within walking distance)
The price is interesting; breakfast is included; no fee for the parking;
A good advice : if you want to have pastry at breakfast, you have to get up early : at 9 am all pastry was already gone.
The best about the hotel is the convience to the major highways. The hotel was nice, well kept and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Only one thing we did not like, not being able to open the window. It would have been nice to do so on the cooler nights.
The person attending the breakfast area (Candida) was not very hospitable we asked two questions. She ignored the first one and the second was, if there was more sausages coming and her reply was a simple and a cold No! and walked away without even looked at us. On the other hand the lady at the checkout counter was very graciouse.
The hotel offers excellent value for a hotel so close to the main downtown area of Toronto. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the free breakfast is adequate and a bonus.
Rooms were comfortable and layed out nice
Dispencers on the wall were empty and no conditioner supplied.
The close proximity to Toronto. And restaurants.
There was no gym or pool facilities.
I booked a non smoking room with 2 queen beds, instead i was offered smoking with 1 double and 1 roll-out bed. At the end it was sorted out but receptionist acted like doing a favor for me.
Spacious room, very comfortable bed, lovely couch to relax and watch TV.
Fresh fruit was not available on Saturdays and Sundays
It was clean and quiet so I could work and sleep in quiet comfort. The breakfast and all night tea was great.
Great value for money if you just need somewhere to rest your head. We were up early so can't comment on the breakfast. The room was quiet and comfortable. Great use of space in the bathroom, the long shelf under the mirror was very useful. I've been in much more expensive hotels with worse bathrooms.
I wouldn't use this hotel if I was sightseeing in Toronto, however, if I was on a tight budget it is worth consideration as it is close to the expressway and access to downtown.
Clean rooms, great beds, free hot breakfast.
Accomodating, friendly staff; ccomplimentary breakfast and cleanliness of rooms..
Staff was very friendly, rooms were nicely done and clean, great breakfast and complimentary coffee, free parking a plus in the city, would definetly stay there again!!!
